Is there a way to scope an API key down to creating users in Discourse? I didn’t know if maybe the capability might be tucked under the update option, possibly.

I just had a look at the API keys and don’t see the ability to create an API key that is scoped to creating users. If not and you have a good use case for it, this would be a great feature request to post in Feature.
