maintain etc, fcntl, and zlib
Description
I use all of these and am more than willing to maintain them
from ruby-core mailing list <=> https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/
as a communications channel as I do with webrick.
Once again, I will never use non-Free software or services to
work on Free Software and will never depend on graphics to
work on non-graphical software.

I'm for zlib.
I thought etc and fcntl are maintained as the same of core.
(even though there's a gem version)

- etc/fcntl: same as core team member(includes normal)
I will handle gem version. Do you interest it?

We can change all "unmaintained" to "Ruby core team"
