HT is a file editor/viewer/analyzer for executables. The goal is to combine the low-level functionality of a debugger and the usability of IDEs. We plan to implement all (hex-)editing features and support of the most important file formats.

Shadowsocks-libev is a lightweight secured SOCKS5 proxy for embedded devices and low-end boxes. Shadowsocks-libev is written in pure C and depends on libev. It's designed to be a lightweight implementation of shadowsocks protocol, in order to keep the resource usage as low as possible. Snap is the recommended way to install the latest binaries. You can build shadowsocks-libev and all its dependencies by script. The latest shadowsocks-libev has provided a redir mode. You can configure your Linux-based box or router to proxy all TCP traffic transparently, which is handy if you use an OpenWRT-powered router. Although shadowsocks-libev can handle thousands of concurrent connections nicely, we still recommend setting up your server's firewall rules to limit connections from each user. We strongly encourage you to install shadowsocks-libev from jessie-backports-sloppy.

NetworkTools has 2 components: A protocol analyzer which plays a TCP client or server or pipeline, which sits between a client and server and shows how they communicate. A port scanner can scan a range of IP addresses and ports. See screenshots.

Betwixt will help you analyze web traffic outside the browser using familiar Chrome DevTools interface. Download the latest release for your operating system, build your own bundle or run Betwixt from the source code. In order to capture traffic, you'll have to direct it to the proxy created by Betwixt in the background.

Jssltrace is a java-based tool, which enables it's user to intercept ssl based communication between two programs. Jssltrace works essentiallly in the same manner as tcptrace (http://www.pocketsoap.com/tcptrace), which is the main inspiration for it.

This tool provides the same interface as a SiteErrorLog but provides the ability to specify who should receive error emails, what error emails are sent, and extra information to put in the headers of the error emails to provide easier mail filtering.

The dude is a UNIX debugging package independent of the ptrace() system call; it consists of a kernel module [the_dude.o], a library to interface with the module [libduderino.so], and an ncurses client [ddbg] .

Enables a user to view & alter all aspects of comunications with a web site via a proxy. Primarily used for security based penetration testing of web sites, it can also be used for debugging during development. Seen as part of a hacker toolkit.
