JOELib/JOELib2 is a cheminformatics library which supports SMARTS substructure search, descriptor calculation, processing/filtering pipes, conversion of file formats, 100% pure Java, and interfaces to external programs (e.g. Ghemical) are available.

AVRS performs spatial 3D-sound processing allowing the arbitrary placement of sound source in auditory space. The main goal is to develop a genuine experimental flexible platform, that runs in a general-purpose architecture computer (standard hardware and software).

We provide MATLAB and Verilog Models of GeAr, and previously proposed adders (ACA-I, ETAII, ACA-II and GDA) at http://sourceforge.net/projects/approxadderlib/ GeAr is a low latency Generic Accuracy Configurable Adder that provides a higher number of potential configurations compared to state-of-the-art approximate adders, thus enabling a high degree of flexibility and trade-off between performance and output quality. These MATALB and Verilog models can allow software programmer as well as hardware designers to evaluate their code and design. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first open-source library of approximate adders that facilitates reproducible comparisons and further research and development in this direction across various layers of design abstraction. This work is a result of collaborative effort between Chair for Embedded Systems (CES) at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany and Vision Image and Signal Processing (VISpro) Lab at SEECS-NUST, Pakistan.

This project aims to develop a colour-based vision processing system for use in RoboCup. We are using a CCD camera for input to an FPGA. The system locates coloured objects and outputs detected corners.

MEX/JNI is a set of bindings between MATLAB and Java using Mathworks' External Interface API and Java Native Interface (JNI).

The NUMIPAD library implements several methods/algorithms to solve inverse problems and adaptive decomposition (i.e. Tikhonov regularization, Total Variation, Basis Pursuit, etc.)

The class libraries here provide infrastructure for creating simulations of low energy nuclear physics experiments, as well as some useful working programs that do simple simulations and analysis of experiments performed with magnetic spectrographs.

Octave development environment built upon Eclipse's Dynamic Languages Toolkit (http://www.eclipse.org/dltk/). Distributed as an Update site for Eclipse 3.7 Indigo and Indigo-based package for several platforms. Supports search, autocompletion, launching scripts, interactive console, debug and integrated plotting on Octave versions 3.2.x, 3.4.x and 3.6.x. The current goal is to make it running out-of-box on multiple platforms. Currently only Linux and Windows are supported. Mac support is possible. The project needs a maintainer for Mac version, since I don't have Mac to build Octclipse and test it on this platform. Also, it is worth to support Eclipse 4.0 Juno with DLTK 4.

OpenOpt is FREE (GNU GPL v.2) MATLAB/Octave toolbox, powered by user-contributed solvers & ideas. Scaling, updating counters etc is performed by OpenOpt BaseModule. Local & global solvers, easy interface, possibility of graphical output, etc, etc. Enjoy

An Initiative to help the Engineering & Research Community

These classes are useful for signal processing in Matlab or C++. They bring together tools and methods which may be used interchangeably for Matlab and C++. Their initial use is in conjunction with work towards my degree at UC Berkeley.

Thank you for your interest in Speedy Composer. Speedy Composer is an automated application for composing melodies for Speedy Net members. We recently made changes to the source code of Speedy Net, and converted it into the Python language and Django framework. Since Speedy Composer was originally written in PHP, it is not adapted to work with Speedy Net in its current form. So unfortunately we were forced to temporarily close the app Speedy Composer. But don't worry, we kept backups of all the tunes composed by Speedy Composer, and when the website is reopened we will upload them to the new site. Speedy Composer and Speedy Net are open source applications, free software. We are currently looking for volunteers to help us convert Speedy Composer to Python. Stochastic discrete event system analysis and verification are essential in order to ensure reliability in such systems. However, models that cannot be constructed with an hand-made process need to be learned. Thus, the SDES toolbox proposes an automated solution that is embedded in Matlab to learning and analisis generalized semi-Markov processes.
