The Device Defender library enables you to send device metrics to the AWS IoT Device Defender Service. This library also supports custom metrics, a feature that helps you monitor operational health metrics that are unique to your fleet or use case. For example, you can define a new metric to monitor the memory usage or CPU usage on your devices. This library has no dependencies on any additional libraries other than the standard C library, and therefore, can be used with any MQTT client library. This library is distributed under the MIT Open Source License. This library has gone through code quality checks including verification that no function has a GNU Complexity score over 8, and checks against deviations from mandatory rules in the MISRA coding standard. Deviations from the MISRA C:2012 guidelines are documented under MISRA Deviations. This library has also undergone static code analysis using Coverity static analysis.

The VBScript Development Kit (VDK) is a VBScript compliant development library to be used in any host that has support for Windows Script Host (WSH). Modelled after the Java Development Kit (JDK), the VDK adds programming features/concepts prevalent in other higher order programming languages such as Java, C#, etc. The VDK provides rapid development capabilities by providing out of the box support for many common programming activities e.g., string manipulation and handling, file manipulation, logging, external code file importing, doc comments, etc While VBScript is considered a legacy language with no support from Microsoft, the language is still being used in production systems like UFT and QTP. The VDK has been tested and used in mainstream WSH hosts such as wscript.exe, cscript.exe, QTP and UFT. The AWS IoT Device Shadow library enables you to store and retrieve the current state (the “shadow”) of every registered device. The device’s shadow is a persistent, virtual representation of your device that you can interact with from AWS IoT Core even if the device is offline. The device state is captured as its “shadow” within a JSON document. The device can send commands over MQTT to get, update and delete its latest state as well as receive notifications over MQTT about changes in its state. Each device’s shadow is uniquely identified by the name of the corresponding “thing”, a representation of a specific device or logical entity on the AWS Cloud. Parameterized Unit Test Framework is an open-sourced PUT library for JUnit 4. This project is developed in my spare time and currently updated actively. Core features: 1. Separation of test data from test code 2. Annotation support 3. Automated test parameter injection 4. Dedicated test runner

libCIGI (library for Common Image Generator Interface) is a lightweight header only library that provides interfaces for communication between CIGI hosts and image generators. Currently versions 3.0, 3.2 and 3.3 are supported as well as support for the *draft* V4.0 CIGI standard. Additional functionality to the base packet interfaces is provided through external classes so that to the packet headers have no further dependencies. Packet processing is kept simple and a couple of simple helper functions / classes are provided in CIGIGeneric.h and some other headers to support this. Helpers are provided for version interpretation and conversion of packet parameters to text. Testing is supported using the boost test framework to develop unit tests for each of the packets. Because the library is header-only it can easily support many platforms / compilers but this has not yet been tested. Note: Currently the use of bitfields in the library may cause erroneous use in some compilers.
