<P>.lib (library) files in DEV are .a files. Is that where you're going wrong?</P>
<P>To add them, use one of the top menus and in a box on one of the menus you can add them by typing (assuming you've pointed DEV to your .a-containing folder).</P>
<P>I haven't used DEV in a while and is off my system so cannot check, but try that.</P>
