[Dev-C++] Problem with vUpdate

Everytime I try to update the English Language files and the Tip of the Day file with vUpdate, I get a dialog popping up saying that vUpdate has experienced an error and must close (and would I like to send an error report to MS). This only happens when trying to update the language. Critical Dev-C++ updates, and updates to vUpdate and vRoach are downloaded and installed fine.
