I am using 4.9.6.0 - when I make an alteration to a statement e.g.
cout << "\n\nEnter "<< find <<"(e.g. ("<<items[4]<<"):";
to
cout << "\n\nEnter any"<< find <<"(e.g. ("<<items[4]<<"):";
Then compile - the program does not change the screen display (and seems to
compile faster than usual .)
Thereafter if I change the COUT statement again the results are still not
correct.
