RE: [Dev-C++] DirectX

I didn't know that DevCPP can handle .NET.

How does it work? I have my doubts of interoperating with .NET from DevCPP.

Two Questions on DirectX.
1. Is the syntax for the Dev-C++ DirectX the same as normal?
2. If I install the .NET compiler instead of mingw, will I be able to 
work with the version of DirectX not optimized for Dev?
