I am new to C++: I have had a devil of a job to find a compiler to go = with Windows XP. I thought Dev -C was the answer until I tried it. It works beautifully for my C progs but even on the shortest C+ progs = (say 7 lines) it flags up a compile error for line 29! It says: warning - backward error - no such file. It will not allow "cout" unless I have #include<iostream.h> and if I do have that it flags up a red line error. Can anyone point out the where the trouble is? Regards. |
