Thanks for the feedback. One of the reasons I am asking is that I = installed several of the packages thinking that I might use them down = the road. Now the cache creation for code completion kills the = application. I have a feeling that one of the packages may be to blame = but since I had just upgraded to the newest version this could be the = problem as well.=20 I think I will uninstall all of the unneeded packages to see if it will = solve the problem. Thanks again. Glenn Welker -----Original Message----- From: David McKen [mailto:ci...@ya...] Sent: Wednesday, November 05, 2003 9:58 PM To: dev...@li... Packman keeps track of what it installed and is able to remove the files that were installed if needed. ----- Original Message -----=20 From: "Carlos Garc=EDa del Monte" <ten...@ne...> To: "Glenn Welker" <gl...@mr...> Cc: <dev...@li...> Sent: Wednesday, November 05, 2003 12:53 PM Subject: Re: [Dev-C++] Package Manager > It extracts the files in the package to the folders it says, but does > nothing more, if you want to add the help files it may have to the menu, > you'll have to do it yourself.
