[Dev-C++] Version 4.9.8.4 and more on code completion

Has anyone noticed that this version takes a very long time to load? The =
only thing different on from the 4.9.8.0 install is the GTK package is =
installed. It probably takes around 30 seconds to load.  The computer is =
old but it is a dual processor 450 PII running XP.

On the topic of code completion:
I am new to c++ and I am not aware of many of the member functions.  I =
was hoping that code completion would give me a list of these functions =
which would speed up my learning curve. Using something as simple as =
cin, has getline, get, etc.. If I type cin. shouldn't I get a list of =
functions? Is code completion only for clases created in your code?
