UDTVectorEXPIMP looks like it is probably a template  definition.

So somewhere in the code someone is saying something like:

UDTVectorEXPIMP fred;

where it may be that it should be

UDTVectorEXPIMP<int> fred;

The exact details of what's needed can only be known from finding the 
definition of UDTVectorEXPIMP to know how many parameters it expects.
