[Dev-C++] dev c++ does not compile

 hi.
   Iam facing a strange problem. 
 If i open a C file and compile it, it compiles on the Ist try. if i then make any changes and recompile, then it will not compile and I get 31 errors such as

i have included the include,lib directories properly.
right now, i have to close and reopen the C file to compile it again.
