[Dev-C++] dev-cpp updates

I installed dev-cpp onto a computer (fresh install of version 4.9.9.0), then
I went to perform the updates of the packages.  When doing this I selected
several of the items, and choose the PlanetMirror as the server.  Upon
restarting Dev-cpp and checking for available updates again I notice that
the updates I have already installed (packman shows them as installed) are
reappearing as available updates.  This only happens on this one computer as
the other computers I have dev-cpp on work correctly.  Has anyone else seen
similar problems or does anyone know a solution to this?
