Aloha from Honolulu,
   I would suggest you contact cnet (http://www.cnet.com) they have 
users groups for different operating systems and people devoted to 
computers  much more so than this users group which is for people using 
the C/C++ programming language.  I've been able to find help with all 
sorts of problems from DOS, Win 3.1, Win 98, Win 2000 etc. Search for 
help and you'll find it.
