Hey folks I am a newbie to using the GDB debugger so please excuse me = for asking a simple question i want to put a watch point on a particular varaible e.g some int = variable..therefore i will know its run time value but the problem i have when i set a watch point it says the watch point = for the particular variable " not found in current context" can anyone explain what this means? or/and explain to me the proper = procedure to be able to set a watchpoint on a particular variable & thus = view its run time value. any help greatly appreciated & again apologies for my inexperience regards Rob |
