For the record/archives, and all those who have asked before, and whom venture back to ask again: The following opportunity does exist and is well documented for those who may be interested in learning/experimenting more about working with QT: The QT3/Windows Free Edition is a native win32 port of the gpl=B4ed qt/x11 sources. It uses the native win32 api and does not require cygwin.
