Hello,
I am writing a program which asks the user whether they want to =
execute (open) a batch file or not.=20
I tried using the fopen function but it seems to only enable you to =
write to a file or read from a file (e.g. calculate the number of words =
in a given file).=20
What I want to do is open an external file. Is there a command for this? =
