[Dev-C++] wdm virtual camera driver

Hello all, I'm new to this mailing list so this is the first time I post something. I'm working on a screen capture driver. Since I am still a student this is really hard stuff. My purpose is to develop a virtual camera driver wich sees your screen as the source so app's like flash can grab it. Does anyone has any experience with this matter? I started off with the testcap sample provided in the DDK but that's leading me to nothing I think. I also did some research on other stuff like activeX but that's not the sollution I am looking for.
