[Dev-C++] truble with GTK+ examples

Hi to everybody!
My version is: 4.9.9.2-wx-beta-6.7 on Windows XP Home
What I tryed to compile it: All the example programs in the 
DevC++/Examples/gtk2/ directory.

My problem is that I can not use the GTK+ to develop with.
I downloded with the Packege manager everything what is similar to GTK.
It was some requirement when I install the packages so I downloaded 
something for the GTK what I think was installed to the c:\Program 
Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0\ palce.
My question is that why It's not work?
