Because some other friends downloaded Dev-C++ package with compiler in 
it. If you could finish the installation, you should be able to download 
all required packages from WebUpdate. Otherwise download the big version 
of Dev-C++ unless you have GCC and GNU Make already installed somewhere 
on your computer.
