[Dev-C++] .hxx files

Hi 
I am new to Dev C++. It looks wonderful. 
I have a  program which uses .hxx files instead of .h
or .hpp files as header files. Dev C++ does not
naturally look for .hxx files.   I could include them
in the project by adding using  the "all files"
option. But the class browser does not recognize these
as header files and hence does not look for class
declarations there.
So the class browser shows no classes. 

Can someone suggest a fix?  (short of renaming
hundreds of hxx files to hpp files. That is not an
option as it is someone else's code. )
