The AntiSpam UOL is a service provided for users that opt in for the service, so the fault is solely on the user. He is either too stupid, or was trying to piss us off. I believe UOL policy doesn't allow them to simply turn off the AntiSpam service, and considering that their anti-spam software is dumb enough that it can't identify messages from mailing lists (that IMHO should be silently ignored by their filter), it will be a long battle to convince them to 1) bother a user that pays money, 2) fix their stupid filtering software or 3) convince them that the user is purposely damaging an entire community. Yeah, I think unsubscribing him from the list is faster. If we only had some admins around here... maybe we can try contacting the SF staff directly and see if they can remove this user from this mailing list. --- Daniel K. O. |
