Is that the only include file not being found?

Check Project > Project Options > Directories > Include Directories. Does the
directory in which libxml++ resides appear in that window?  If so and it's still
not working, try using the absolute path in the include statement.  For example:

#include "c:/directory_name/subdirectory_name/libxml++/libxml++.h"

There is some small chance, depending upon your environment, that backslashes
are required:

#include "c:\directory_name\subdirectory_name\libxml++\libxml++.h"
