Dear Riccardo,
i guess Your cgi script does not have right to read file, assuming Your
Webserver is Linux based.
Eventually try this with the PHP script after uploading file:
system ("chmod 0777 ".$filename);
pls note the space between the last 7 and the final " !!
also ensure to have reading rights at the Dir you placed the file.
(Maybe do chmod with the dir also!)
if You do not want the uploaded file to be executable rather use "chmod
0666 ".$filename
