I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by graphical, since most - all? -
code editors and integrated development environments do display the source
code...

Anyway, Dev-C++ have syntax highligting, class browser, analyzes context
and can pop up a list of class emmbers etc to speed up typing. While
having similar features as Visual-C++, it isn't as polished. But then
again, there is a very significant difference in price of the two products
- the Express edition of Visual C++ has serious limitations when it comes
to supplied libraries, headers and what it can target.
