I don=B4t think this is a bad point, because unlike other products, you ha=
ve the choice of which 
"GUI Editor" (or widget set) you like to use and are not forced to use any=
 specific (integrated, 
proprietary) one.
You could also have a look at Glade, AFAIR it can be used from within Dev-=
C++, too.
