[Dev-C++] Making a simple Com dll

Hello, I have another question. How do I create a simple COM Dll in Dev? Basically one that has a Prog and a Class ID like my.control, etc etc. And that has properties, methods and events and that can be called from other languages that support Com objects like Vb script. It might not be as simple as I think, but if anyone has a very, very simple example let me know. I'm not looking to go in depth, simply to make a few Com dll and distribute them. Thanks.
