[Dev-C++] problem with resources

Thanks Adrian for response to first post.

I have done all that but DEV-CPP gives me the following error:

gcc: installation problem, cannot exec `cc1': No such file or directory

windres.exe: no resources

make.exe: *** [Project5_private.res] Error 1

Execution terminated

??? very confused guy here! :)
