[Dev-C++] 2 questions about dev-cpp tool

1. I added the files into project.  Those files are from different folders.
Now the dev-cpp can only display the name of files.  Is there any setting
can let it show folders and files in their levels.

2. I compiled my code under "console", and got *.exe file.  When I click the
application file *.exe, it give me the GUI and that console (which looks
like Dos window) quickly.  But when I run the application file *.exe on my
colleague's computer, it seems the GUI came out much later than the console
window.  And I can see that in the console window, the programs running
well, just the GUI window came out too late (around after 5-10 seconds).
What is the problem?  The problem from (1) my code itself (2) dev-cpp tools
(3) computer configuration?
My computer and my colleague's computer both use: Microsoft Windows XP

Mine: Processor Pentium CPU 3.40GHz; 3.39 GHz, 0.98 GB of RAM
