[Dev-C++] Newbee Q: Using other librarys in DEV++

Hi all

I am pretty new to C++ and totally new to DEV++, but it seems like a great
development platform. But I have a problem if have some programs that I did
with the cygwin package using the GNU cgicc library. It was easy to compile
that library for use with cygwin, but how can I compile the library for use
with DEV++ ? can it be done at all ?. 

I tried to configure DEV++ to use my Cygwin package but the specification of
the various paths does not comply with the newest cygwin package
(c:\Dev-c++\Mingw and Cygwin.txt).

Any help will be appreciated.
