No longer able to play YouTube through any of my Google home devices

In the last month, I've lost the ability to play YouTube music premium through any of my Google home devices. When I give it a voice command it will say it's going to play, but then nothing plays and it eventually tells me something went wrong. When I try to cast from the YouTube music app on my phone, I hear the sound that the speaker is connect, but when I play the music the app just keeps skipping songs and eventually the speaker tells me sorry something went wrong. I'm able to cast music from my Spotify app to all of my Google home devices just fine. Seems like a pretty egregious error between YouTube music and Google home. Super annoying. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps, including releasing static, IPE reservations for my Google devices and setting them back up. I've rebooted my modem, factory reset my Google speakers, deleted Google home and YouTube music apps, nothing has worked.

Wow, that sounds incredibly frustrating, especially since both YouTube Music and Google Home are part of the same ecosystem. You've clearly done all the right troubleshooting steps, and the fact that Spotify works fine really points to a deeper issue between YouTube Music and Google Home integration. It's definitely not just a minor glitch if it persists after factory resets and network tweaks. Hopefully Google addresses this soon—it’s crazy that a paid service is the one giving the most problems.
