Firstly, I would have a meeting with the employees of the agency and fix what is wrong. There is quite a bit of lack of communication and follow ups. When a recommendation has been suggested and that person(s) comes into the agency, meets with one of your recruiters and goes over their professional background, there is no call back whatsoever from the recruiter even when the candidate(s) leave messages. The communication is extremely poor. I would never, ever recommend this agency to anyone else going forward. Your employees need to step up!
