No communication

Management is always changing and not in a good way. Communication is completely absent, and I have been practically begging for any procedures for 7 months now. The hardest part of the job? Being yelled at for something management did wrong and said management isn't picking up your call.

My most stressful job

I feel like management barely cares about their employees and that circumstances we are put through daily. I get left in a hot kitchen wearing the same long sleeve shirt for 10 hours straight with no break at all. They also leave one person there to stock, food prep, make drinks, clean etc. It may not seem like a lot for some but when you’re alone and sweating with cramped feet you will understand...

managment sucks there

promises of promotion but instead make you do a managers work for less than 18 an hour. management does not care about its employees and actively tries to get people to quit so they can hire cheaper replacements.
