Great place to work bust has its challeneges

I came into the hotel post Covid so hospitality was upside down, right off the bat it was a struggle but once I got settled in it became easier. Beautiful property and plenty of guest interaction to keep you busy.

This particular property is actually an insult to The Ritz Carlton brand and the subsequent values that are associated with it. Never have I EVER worked for any particular establishment/brand/location that has had such poor management.
