I am delighted to welcome Annika Garbers to Mixpanel as our Chief Product Officer. Annika has spent the past six years as a product management leader at Cloudflare, most recently leading a focused GTM team for Cloudflare One. Annika is one of the strongest product leaders I've ever worked with — she takes complex ideas and makes them simple, and she develops and mentors product managers who become exceptional. What stands out about Annika is where she starts: with the customer's problem, not the roadmap. She's deeply customer-obsessed, moves fast, and will push us to test bold ideas and scale what works. I couldn't be more excited to have her on this journey with us, and I can't wait for what we’ll build together. Welcome, Annika!

  • Today we're introducing one of the newest additions to the Mixpanel team: Dana Cohen, our Chief Human Resources Officer, who joined us a few months ago. Dana joins with a career built on working alongside smart people doing meaningful work, and she's already bringing that same energy into our People function. We asked her what made her excited to join: "Throughout most of my career, I've been fortunate to work with really smart people doing meaningful work, and Mixpanel is no exception. Having worked with Jen Taylor before, I know how she leads, and she got me excited about the platform from our first conversation. Since joining, what's struck me most is how aligned the executive team is, women well represented among them, all genuinely rowing in the same direction rather than defending their own turf. That kind of cohesion at the top is rare, and it shows up everywhere, in a company built on the idea that customers deserve reality, not reassurance, and that a builder's time is too precious to waste. All that makes it easy to want to bring my best for our people." And when we asked her what she’s looking forward to building with the team, she said: "I'm looking forward to continuing to build the kind of talent and culture foundation that lets Mixpanel's people move as fast as our product does. Getting the People function right isn't just support work, it's a real lever for how well we grow. I want the team to feel the same directness and care that's baked into Mixpanel itself, in how we hire, how we develop people, and in moments like this one. We have a lot of interesting and tough problems to solve, and I am excited to continue to dig in with the team to be creative and have some fun." Leaders like Dana are what make Mixpanel a great place to work. We're glad to have her building that foundation with us. Want to be part of it? Teams in Australia and New Zealand aren't just watching the AI shift happen, they're actively building, experimenting, and redefining how users interact with what they're building. The pace of innovation in ANZ is incredible, but fast-moving product changes bring a massive challenge, and that's knowing what’s actually driving impact. We're excited to be leaning into this region in a big way, and we'll bring product leaders together soon to talk about it. Consider this your official invitation to join us at #MXP26 Sydney on 12 November! 🎟️ Save your spot here: https://lnkd.in/gbwBCwJX

As a runner, Sydney is already one of my favourite cities in the world to log a few miles. The pace of the tech scene there makes visiting even better. Every time we talk with product leaders in Australia and New Zealand, we leave wanting to move faster. Teams are adopting AI quickly, experimenting with conversational interfaces, and rethinking how people interact with software. It's one of the most forward-leaning product markets anywhere. And like everywhere, builders there are finding it harder to know whether what they ship is actually working. When products change weekly and AI sits in the loop, the signals get murky and teams make big calls on instinct. That's the problem we love working on at Mixpanel. We already have a strong customer base across ANZ, and we're growing our team and our investment in the region. If you want to build this with us, or just want better insight into your own product, let's talk. I'll be in #Australia for MXP26 🇦🇺🇳🇿

1,000,000 free events a month! 🤑 The product analytics market used to fight over page views. Mixpanel picked a different question early: what did the user actually do inside the product. That question needed event data, and event data needed volume. So the free tier isn't small. It's 1 million events a month, insights, funnels, 10k Session Replays and retention reports included. That's generous enough that a solo founder or a 12 person team can fully wire it into their product on day one. No sales call. No procurement. Just instrumentation. Here's the loop. The more your product succeeds, the more events you generate. The more events you generate, the faster you hit that 1 million ceiling. And once you've built every dashboard, every alert, every team habit around Mixpanel's data, ripping it out costs more than paying for it. The free tier isn't the funnel. Your own growth is. Follow Vartika . for a new AI, Product and Growth content every day. 👋🏻

  • Maor Frid spent hours buried in dashboards every time Acid Labs launched a new collectible event, building the same cohorts, properties, and reports from scratch every few weeks. When Maor heard about Mixpanel Headless, he jumped on the opportunity to build some clever Claude Skills, 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀, right when a new album goes live. 🤯 Less time digging through data. More time acting on it. Read how he did it → https://lnkd.in/gPCYgKhY

I‘m thrilled to welcome Jennifer McCord to Mixpanel as our Chief Financial Officer. Jennifer brings more than two decades of finance experience at Bay Area tech companies, from venture- and private-equity-backed startups to publicly traded businesses, including senior leadership roles at Sumo Logic, Duo Security, and Apttus, among others. What stands out about Jennifer is her range: She’s operated across controllership, FP&A, strategic finance, and investor relations. She’s run teams of various sizes, knows the difference between a big-company solution and the right-sized one, and she's happy to roll up her sleeves when that's what the problem needs. She's also direct, transparent, and a partner first — a great fit for Mixpanel. I’m very excited to welcome her to our journey, and I can’t wait for what we will build together. Welcome, Jennifer!
