Use of Mobile Phones in Class

Introduction This report explains why mobile phones are important and necessary for students, and makes recommendations about their use in the school. The information comes from interviews with classmates. Mobile phone is Necessary Its difficult to imagine our life without this small handset. It gives us the opportunity to be always in touch with people of importance for ourselves, for example people who play with us on apalabrados. The mobile phones also provide us the abilities to record voice and video; all of them especially available in English class, for revising conversations, spell, pronunciation... and, of course, the dictionary on line. Since the use of it, the classes are not boring with the plays, calls, messages and whatsapps. We have to admit that motivation is not the reason to not go to the school. When the students have to make the homework, the best teacher, without doubt, is the mobile phone. In addition, the possibility of take a good picture is sometimes the opportunity to pass an exam, always if we do it in a proper way. Recommendations Due to the fact that the use of mobile phone is absolutely necessary, I would explain some essential ways in which mobile use could be controlled. 1. If a student needs to answer a call, message or whatsapp during the lesson, he or she should ask the teacher and classmates for silence before the answer. 2. If the sound of mobile phone is not fashion, the student should put it on plane mode or change the sound, never switch off. Remember, be polite! 3. If the phone doesnt ring, then the pupil should go out to the shop quickly because the cellular would be checked. 4. If a phone mobile interrupts the class or disturbs the teacher or other students, we recommend them to update and bring their mobile phones to school because they are in risk of exclusion.
