The main focus of this lesson is for students to use their knowledge of friction and apply it to a creative
writing piece.
How does this lesson tie in to a unit plan?
The unit is on friction and its affect on moving and resting objects.
What are your objectives for this lesson?
1) Students will construct a creative writing piece based on their knowledge of friction and how it affects
us in our daily life.

grade 3 reading and content, choosing flexibility from a range of strategies.
