Introduction & My Goal
Since starting my final year of university, my main goal has been to study Artificial Intelligence at a higher level. I am
applying for the master’s in Artificial Intelligence. This program is my top choice because it perfectly matches what
I have studied so far and what I want to do in the future.
My Background in AI
I started my bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence in February 2022. During my second semester, while searching for
online courses. In this searching process. I found a 60-Hour-long course on machine learning on YouTube. I dedicated
my time to this course and discovered my passion for field. Which became a turning point for me. Instead of just
studying for exams, I put my effort into the subject and developed expertise in the Machine learning. As a result of my
hard work, I secured my first paid project to build a mental health care system using Machine Learning while still a
student. I have enjoyed every semester, especially the subjects related to AI and related to Data Science. My interest in
Generative AI grew when I read a paper ”Attention All you need (2017)”. From there I explored and learned about the
LLM-based applications such as contextual chatbots, RAG, and Agentic AI. This was a gradual process, learning semester
by semester, where I developed expertise in Langchain, a famous framework for building LLM-based applications. This
represents my background and passion for AI. Instead of saying ”I learned” I always believe in ”Learning”. Because I see
it as a continous process.e
Professional Experience
I started working on real AI projects early in my degree. In the last semester, I found this program and realized it was
exactly what I was looking for. My Final Year Project was an automated tool focused on Data Science, which is a core
part of this Master’s degree.
One thing that sets me apart is my passion for teaching and sharing my knowledege with fellow learners. I have
been teaching since my school days. I would learn subjects and teach them to my classmates to strengthen my own
understanding. Currently, I am an AI expert at a US-based company. Where I handle all the AI developments. Alongside,
I am also a visiting faculty in my University’s research Lab. My university committee selected me to teach a Lab course
Programming for AI, where I help students to implement and gain practical programming skills. Before this position,
another educational institute invited via LinkedIn to teach a course called Python Programming with Machine
Learning. In that role, I taught students the fundamentals of Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and modern
tools. I also provided the fundamental knowledge to build AI-powered applications like RAG, and Agents. One of my
students even got an internship in AI because of my instruction. Currently, I am also creating two of my own courses to
teach how to build Machine Learning and Deep Learning models from scratch using only Numpy.
Why am I a good fit for this Program
I want to become the best Data Scientist. My core uniqueness is that I am adaptive. So far, my journey has been
one of self-directed learning, where I have cultivated my expertise independently. This experience has built a strong
determination and self-motivation. However, I now seek an environment where I can channel this discipline fully into
deep, focused study, free from the financial and logistical constraints that can limit a student’s potential. This is the
essential bridge to becoming a data scientist. I also want to continue my studies after this master’s program. I am
confident that with this opportunity, I will not only immerse myself completely in the program, but I will also contribute
my unique perspective as a determined and resourceful learner. Above all, I bring a strong, burning desire to learn and
grow in the field of AI. My passion for AI and data science is the fuel for my dedication.
Conclusion
Finding this Master’s in AI program made me very happy because I know it will help me grow in the field of AI. Especially
when it comes to Data Science. If I get selected, I promise to work my hardest and contribute to the program. I also want
to use what I learn to help others by sharing my knowledge in the future. Thank you for considering my application.
