VI. OBJECTIVES:
The following are the objectives of implementing this project:
1. To provide a meeting place for YES O Officers.
2. To serve as a venue for planning, implementation and monitoring of various MPPAs of the
YES O.
3. To serve as YES O project for SY 2016-2017.
VII. RATIONALE:
Youth for Environment in School Organization is an organization mandated by the
Department of Education, next to the Supreme Pupil Government (SPG). Likewise, Ed Order No.
93, s. 2011 Mandated Programs, Projects and Activities, Various Forms and Targets Pertinent to
the Youth for Environment in School Program directs that the organization be functional in the
school. Hence, this project will serve as the starting point.
VIII. PROGRAM MECHANICS:
The project is concerned mainly in constructing a facility that will serve as an office of the
YES O in Labo Elementary School. The following activities shall be undertaken:
1. Meeting with parents. This will help us encourage our parents to support us.
2. Fund raising. We will write letters of solicitation and distribute them to generous people.
3. Construction. We will ask the help of our parents to manage the construction phase of the
project.
4. Painting & cleaning. We will assist in the painting/cleaning of the area.
5. Actual use of the Office. We will hold our meetings & other activities in this place. We will
also spend our free time here doing our projects and assignments..
