Temporary Facilities
These facilities are made to accommodate the staff, workers
and other personnel in the site.
It is erected before the mobilization/operation of the
construction to make a place for the materials to be delivered
and personnels necessities.
Within these facilities includes: water services, electrical
services and sanitary services which shall be in accordance
with the applicable provisions of the local governing
codes.
Temfacil must not be built within the road right-of-way.
All temporary facilities erected must be remove upon the
completion of the project it include clean-up of debris before
leaving any temporary construction site.
The contractor provides the utility man who will maintain all
the said facilities and security guards.
The cost for this facility depends on how many personnel will
be using or how big the project is.
