Run the Reversals program .......................................................................................................................... 2

Create the Reversing Entry

Go to Financials / Journals / Journal Entry

Set the Reversing field to To reverse

Set the Reversing Date to the date the journal is to be reversed. Save.

Creating Reversing Journal Entries

Run the Reversals program

Go to Financials / Frequent Processes / Reversals

Set the Start Date and End Date to process all the periods reversing entries. Click OK.

Creating Reversing Journal Entries

A log file is generated displaying the journals created to reverse the previous entries. Also note that the
Reversing field on the original journal is now set to Reversed.
