Request for Flat Irons for Uniforms

The president of the CHED Bridging Program Batch 24 wrote a letter to the chairperson of VMA Global College requesting to borrow five or more flat irons for the 30 bridgers in the program. The letter states that the flat irons are needed to comply with uniform and grooming rules and that the bridgers will be responsible for the flat irons and return them in the same condition received. The president hopes for the chairperson's support in lending the flat irons.

Dear Ma’am,

In preparation for the CHED Bridging Program (24th Batch), CBP Batch 24 would like to request for
flat irons in compliance with the rules and regulations of VMA Global College and Training Center
specific to appropriate wearing of uniform and pleasing grooming of all students.

If possilble may we request for five (5) or more pieces of flat irons to accommodate all the bridgers
(A total of 30 bridgers).

We understand and acknowledge that we are responsible for it while they are in our custody and
control, we also agree to return all the borrowed equipment in the same condition in which it was
received.
