Purpose of the document
Purpose of document is to guide the steps of archiving of STATEMENT, the main reason of archiving this
record is to archive [Link].
T24 Patch Deployment
Before starting the Archiving process please open the attached Document and follow the steps to
deploy the Patch in T24 for STMT.

User has to take screen shot of below mentioned tables, so on completion of archiving process,
records can be verified

Where XXX is company mnemonic
Create [Link] Record
Log in in to a company where you want to execute the process like CON or ISB.
1. At the Awaiting Application type [Link] and press Enter.
2. Then type I for Input
3. Then type SYSTEM as ID
Please create the record as it shown in the screenshot above.

Create a [Link]
Login in your desire company by including your company mnemonic like ISB or CON, in AWAITING
APPLICATION
WHERE XXX IS YOUR COMPANY MNEMONIC.
Now go to [Link] from AWAITING APPLICATION, (note: if you are not using not using “0” level
authorization, you must get authorization of the record).
- Now include a function “I”, and press enter
- Then input XXX/[Link], WHERE XXX IS YOUR COMPANY MNEMONIC.
- Initially [Link] should be “STOP”.

Verify [Link] Record
Now Verify the Record which has been created.
Log in in to a company where you want to execute the process like CON or ISB.
1. At the Awaiting Application type [Link] and press Enter.
2. Then type V for Input
3. Then type SYSTEM as ID

For verification
User has to count all tables, which are listed in 1st step including their $ARC file. So, you can reconcile
records.
