  • Tank Stand Installation Instructions: Provides step-by-step guidelines for installing a tank stand, emphasizing critical placement and safety precautions.

To : ALL CUSTOMERS

In re : RECOMMENDED TANK STAND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Level the ground as evenly as possible.


2. Place the frame on the ground where you want to install the tank stand.
3. Mark the four by one square meter foundations on the ground.
4. Dig the four foundations 1m deep.
5. Place 50mm spacers on the ground and place the tank stand on top of the spacers.
6. Place a spirit level on the tank stand and set it level on all 4 corners.
7. Make sure the tank stand is firm on the ground and cast the cement around the metal legs of the stand until
the cement is level with the ground.
8. Leave the cement 7 days and place the tank on top of the stand and tie it down with the ropes on the
corners.
9. Leave the stand and tank for 14 days and fill the tanks up with water.

Please note, each tank stand has a very specific Engineer’s Certificate and technical drawing based on the
size, which should be read in accordance to these instructions.
