needs. It will also provide a world-class service for every people in need. Drugs will be
also assured to be approved and medically tested by experts and will be sold for the
best price.

The pharmacy will help the one’s in need and the will strive to serve the people
nationwide. The cost of everyday needs is expensive so the drugs will be sold with
cheaper prices yet good quality.

approved, proven, and tested by the Department of Health. Products will also be sold
for the best and affordable price. The business will assure a world-class service for
everyone.

The business will be owned by Jolo Manuel Balanquit. The proposed business
will be a pharmacy based at Brgy. 7, Pambujan, Northern Samar. The business will be
provided with drugs from approved and tested supplier known for cheap but world-
class quality products. The pharmacy will start small as it goes up the ranks and open
other branches all over the Philippines to help more people in need. The business is
obliged to pay necessary payments such as tax for the welfare of the nation. The staff
will also be assured to undergo training for human/ medical assistance.

III. Target Costumer

The pharmacy will be providing cheap, high quality drugs to the people of
Pambujan. Costumers will also be provided with world-class service from the
pharmacy staff. The pharmacy will be effective and will benefit the needy for the
pharmacy will be offering affordable products. It will be provided from the best
pharmaceutical provider in the Philippines. For years to come, the pharmacy will try to
achieve its main goal, to serve the Filipino people all over the nation.

The owner of this business is Jolo Manuel Balanquit a soon to be graduate from
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. He is a resident of Pambujan, Northern Samar. He is
a hard-working individual whose dream is to help the ones in need. He believes that
individual health is important so he strive on providing everyone with high quality
products.

 Political

Opportunities- since the business proponent’s family is politically inclined. I would be

an advantage for the business to boost its popularity

Threats- if ever government changes hands, it will still maintain the business’
popularity but it would be not as effective as it was shined by the government.

 Economical

Opportunities- the business will benefit from the country’s rapid economic growth. It
will also benefit from the country’s high medical demand.

Threats- the business will be at disadvantage if supply shortage would occur.

Opportunities- the pharmacy’s ambiance will be a good image for the social media.

Threats- since the country is socially active, it would be more prone for fake news that

In Pambujan, the leading pharmacy is the RCY Pharmacy, there is also the Corner
Pharmacy a newly opened pharmacy in Pambujan. Certain sari-sari stores also sell
retailed drugs but doesn’t get much than the two leading pharmacies.

Product

The pharmacy will be providing high-end pharmaceutical medicine and

materials. Rest assured the pharmaceutical products will be safe, prove, and tested.
The pharmacy will also be providing SRP based health, sanitary and food products.

Prices

The pharmacy will be providing drugs that can be brought by the people. The
drugs will be sold cheap without spoiling its high quality. Grocery products will also be
assured to be sold for the price adjusted by the government. The pharmacy will do
everything to maintain the minimum priced product without changing its quality.

Place

The pharmacy will be located near the community market because aside for it
being the center of commerce, it will also benefit the people because the market
gathers the most people everyday. The pharmacy will be made sound-proof as possible
for it to gain its ambiance. The place will be guarded night in and night out to ensure
the people’s security.

The business will be advertised through the radio and via social media. I believe
that the radio will be effective for the elders, jeepney, tricycle drivers as well as pedicab
drivers. Social media will also be a major role for the promotion for it will attract the
millenials as well as the middle-aged people. Advertising through paper will be
prohibited for the pharmacy believes a healthy environment makes healthy people.

The staff or people of the pharmacy will be ensured to undergo proper training.
The staff will be assured to be licensed pharmacist. The janitors will provide police and
barangay clearance accompanied by their birth certificates. The staff will be
implemented with mandatory wearing of uniform and id.
