Sir:

The Music Arts Physical Education and Health (MAPEH) Department have the honor to submit in your office our
proposal relative to the conduct of 2017 School Intramurals, to wit:

1. That the School Intramurals will be held on July 27-28, 2017

2. The objectives of the intramurals are as follows:
a. to select the best athletes who will represent the school for the 2016 Municipal Athletic Meet
b. to prepare the youth for future career opportunities especially those athletically inclined students
c. to foster camaraderie and sportsmanship among athletes
d. to inculcate to the students the values to be derived in sports
3. There will be Six (6) Competing Teams:
a. Green Team
b. Red Team
c. Yellow Team
d. Blue Team
e. Black Team
f. Gray Team
4. There will be two (2) representatives in each team for the Search for the Mr. and Miss Intramurals with baseline
of 300.00 and each representative will have a box for the money contest.
5. There will be additional grade/s in MAPEH to the students with the corresponding points”:
1 point -3rd place
2 points -2nd place
3 points -1st place
6. No uniform, no play will be strictly applied.
7. The tournament managers are responsible in securing/returning of Athletic Equipment from/to Acting Supply
Officer.
8. The teacher/coach will be responsible to the conduct, safety and discipline of their athletes.
9. There will be a whole day preparation on July 26, 2017(Wednesday) and practice for the ZUMBA dance
contest.
10. The Guest Speaker is MELITO D. MAYORMENTE
11. The Theme is “Restoring the Value of Unity through Sports”
