Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee Department of Civil Engineering CEN 305 Design of Steel Elements Tutorial No. 1
The document provides tutorial instructions to calculate wind loads at the joints of a simply supported pin jointed steel truss with a spacing of 4 meters for an industrial building located in Delhi with an eaves height of 6.5 meters. Students are asked to assume normal permeability for the building and calculate wind loads based on the given figure and location details for Delhi.
