a. Spalling of concrete repair (PLEASE PROVIDE DETAIL OF REPAIR ACTIVITIES E.G )

- scaffold arrangement for the repair work

- Removal of degraded concrete surface

- Test of sound surface for salt and chloride

- Application of adhesive material on the old concrete surface to bond the new concrete

- Rebar strength and property

- Placement of Rebar

- lapping of existing bar and the new bar

- New bar diameter

- coat of rebar with anti-corrosive agent

- Placement of concrete mortar to get bar cover of minimum of 70mm

- application of protective coating – Asphalt bitumen mixture

b. Repair of cracks – ( Provide detail)

- scaffold arrangement for the repair work

- Removal of deteriorating and loose concrete

- Filling of cracks with filling material

- Coating of concrete surface

4. Structural Steel Repair - Give detail

c. Repair of corroded bolts - give detail

5. Repair of Cathodic Protection System (anodes, clamp, plate connecting anodes and clamps)–
